INITIATIVE FOR PEACE AND COMFORT (IPC) Congratulates Students on Resumption of 2025/26 Academic Session

As schools across Nigeria reopen today after weeks of holiday, the Initiative for Peace and Comfort (IPC) warmly congratulates all students— from early childhood learners to those advancing into higher levels of education— on the successful commencement of a new academic term.
From crèche to kindergarten, nursery to primary, junior to senior secondary, and for those who have graduated awaiting entry into tertiary institutions, this season marks a fresh opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. IPC celebrates the resilience and determination of every child, parent, and educator committed to the pursuit of knowledge despite the challenges within the educational system.

Education remains a fundamental pillar for personal and national development. As an organization dedicated to promoting Quality Education, one of the key pillars of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4), IPC encourages students to take their studies seriously, embrace discipline, and cultivate excellence in character and learning.
We urge parents, guardians, teachers, and stakeholders in the education sector to provide the needed support and mentorship that will help children maximize their potentials. A brighter Nigeria is possible when today’s learners are well-prepared to become tomorrow’s leaders, innovators, and peacebuilders.
On behalf of the President and Founder of the Initiative for Peace and Comfort, Prof. Comfort Onifade, we congratulate all learners across the nation and wish them a fruitful, rewarding, and peaceful academic year.
